We don't have a strict minimum — we can do single pieces for special occasions. However, pricing per unit becomes much more competitive at higher quantities (12+, 24+, 48+). Ask us for a quote and we'll find what works for your budget.
We prefer vector files: AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF. These give us the cleanest results. We also accept PNG and JPG — high-resolution files (300 DPI or higher) work best. If you only have a low-res image, reach out and we'll take a look.
Digitizing is converting your logo into a stitch file that the embroidery machine can read. Every new logo requires a one-time digitizing fee. Once done, we keep it on file for all future orders — so you only pay once.
Most small to mid-size orders are completed in around 2 weeks. Larger bulk orders may take longer depending on order size, garment availability, and current production schedule.
Rush orders are available — contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate. Same-day appointments may be possible for urgent needs.
Absolutely. We send a digital proof of your design before any stitching begins. We won't start production until you've approved it — ensuring placement, sizing, and colors are exactly right.

Yes! We work with a wide range of Madeira thread colors and can match most brand colors. Share your Pantone code or brand guidelines and we'll do our best to match.
Turn garments inside out before washing. Use cold water on a gentle cycle. Avoid bleach. Tumble dry low or air dry. Avoid ironing directly over embroidery. Following these steps keeps your embroidery looking sharp for years.
