These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all orders placed with Boss Stitch Embroidery (“we,” “us,” “our”). By placing an order, you agree to the following:
1. Orders & Approvals
- All orders require written confirmation via email or signed approval before production begins.
- Digital proofs and/or physical samples will be provided for review. It is the customer’s responsibility to check spelling, colors, sizes, and placement.
- Once final approval is received, changes cannot be made without additional costs and possible production delays.
2. Payment Terms
- Full payment or a deposit (as specified) is required before we order blank goods or begin production.
- Accepted payment methods include credit card, debit card, ACH transfer, and approved business checks.
- Late payments may incur a fee of 2% per month until paid in full.
3. Turnaround Time
- Production timelines vary depending on order size and complexity. We will provide an estimated completion date upon order confirmation.
- Rush services may be available for an additional fee.
4. Customer-Supplied Items
- We accept customer-supplied garments or hats at our discretion.
- All customer-supplied items are decorated at the customer’s risk — we are not responsible for damage to items provided by the customer.
5. Minimum Orders & Price Breaks
- Minimum order quantities apply and vary by product type.
- Price breaks are available at specific quantities and will be quoted in advance.
6. Returns & Refunds
- Due to the custom nature of embroidery, all sales are final.
- Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not available unless the product is defective or does not match the approved proof.
- Any issues must be reported within 5 business days of receiving your order.
7. Artwork & Intellectual Property
- Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use all logos, designs, and artwork provided.
- By supplying artwork, you grant Boss Stitch Embroidery the right to use it for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
- We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, on social media, or in marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.
8. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to deliver due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, supplier delays, transportation issues, or equipment failure.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Tulsa County, Oklahoma.
